Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using CryptoPostage ("Service," "we," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms govern your use of cryptopostage.xyz and any related services.

2. Description of service

CryptoPostage is a shipping label reseller that accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR) as payment. We purchase shipping labels from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL on your behalf after receiving confirmed crypto payment.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful shipments. You may not use the Service to:

• Ship prohibited, restricted, or illegal items under applicable laws.
• Violate carrier terms of service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
• Provide false shipping addresses or package information.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse prevention systems, or security controls.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws including customs regulations, hazardous materials restrictions, and carrier rules. Labels generated for non-compliant shipments are void and non-refundable.

4. Payment and refunds

Payment is in cryptocurrency (BTC or XMR). Exchange rates are locked at invoice creation. Prices are shown in full before payment — there are no hidden fees.

Labels are purchased from carriers immediately upon payment confirmation. Because carrier API charges are non-reversible, refunds are generally not available once a label is generated. If a label is generated in error due to a platform failure, contact support.

Expired invoices (where no payment was received) do not result in a charge. Overpayments are not automatically refunded — contact support.

5. Label validity and responsibility

Shipping labels generated by CryptoPostage are real carrier labels with valid tracking numbers. You are responsible for ensuring the label is printed legibly, attached correctly, and that the package contents and declared information are accurate. CryptoPostage is not responsible for carrier delays, losses, or damage to packages after label generation.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, carrier rate accuracy, or label delivery speed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and delete your data.

8. Shipping compliance and prohibited items

By submitting a shipment through CryptoPostage, you represent and warrant that:

• The shipment contents comply with all applicable laws, including export controls, customs regulations, and local laws at the origin and destination.
• The shipment contents comply with the rules and restrictions of the carrier used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
• All information provided — including sender and recipient addresses, package weight, and declared value — is truthful and accurate.
• You are not submitting prohibited, restricted, or unsupported items as defined by the carrier or applicable law.
• You are not using this service to evade carrier policies, customs requirements, or applicable law.

CryptoPostage acts as a shipping label reseller and utility platform. We do not verify shipment contents, inspect packages, or act as a customs agent. Carrier and legal restrictions apply regardless of the payment method used. We may suspend or refuse service for abuse, violations, or misuse of the platform. We may comply with valid legal requests or carrier inquiries as required by law.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
